1. Are NEW Parts Painted?

All new parts are primed and ready to be painted .We do not offer pre-painted parts as it is not possible to color match without access to your vehicle. Please consult your body shop for installation and painting needs. Used parts are already painted. However, since these are used parts , they might need to be repainted before installation.

2. Where is my stuff?

If you placed an order for an item it will be shipped next business day. It normally takes between 3 to 7 days for shipping time, depending upon where you live. your total delivery time would be 1 day (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time).

4. What if my order includes several items?

We do every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If for any reason we can't ship one or more items due to back order, we will ship the parts that are available and credit your account on the same day accordingly.

5. How's the quality of the NEW parts compare to OEM?

All of our parts meet or exceed original equipment specifications as well as being manufactured under ISO 9000/9001/9002 quality control standards.

6. Are Parts Brand New or Used?

All of our parts are marked, it will tell on each part if it's used or new. we sell new and used parts. therfore, If you're looking for NEW parts only, you should search under the new parts section. All the parts that are under the NEW PARTS SECTION are brand new. Please check our USED or JDM/VTEC section as well for used parts selection.

7. What if I don't know my car's model year?

If you have a vehicle identification number (VIN), it is possible to get other information about the vehicle from that number - like the year. Manufacturers who produce more than 500 vehicles a year must use a standardized 17-digit vehicle identification number. * Postion 1-3: World manufacturer number * Position 4: Restraint system type (passenger car only) brake type and GVWR class (trucks and vans only) * Position 5: Line, series, body type * Position 8: Engine type * Position 9: Check digit * Position 10: Model year * Position 11: Assembly plant * Positions 12-17: Production sequence number. Finding the Model Year Find the model year by reading position 10 (this is the eighth character from the right). Following is a chart of model years with the letter or number that indicates the model year. Typical VIN: 2G1WN52M1S9229747. Model year is S, which represents the year 1995. 9. What if you ship the wrong part to me?

Although we do everything we can to get the right part to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will pick up the part or pay the return freight, replace the part. Please let us know immediately if you receive the wrong part, by calling us at [323 357 9999] customer service.

10. How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please view disclaimer. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will cause a two-way shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

12. Do you Install Parts?

Yes. We are BAR (Bureau Of Automotive Repair) certified . If you are local and would like us to install your parts, please give us a call to take an appointment, and estimate. Allow 3 days for engine change, and 2 days for Transmission change. All other parts' installations time vary. please call to get estimate.

13. How Much you charge for engine change?

Depend on year and model. between $350-$650 for labor.

14. How much your charge for Transmission Change?

Depend on year and model. 5 speed or automatic. between $250-$550.

15. How Much Horsepower on Engines JDM/USDM?

16. Do you test your engines and transmissions?

All engines and transmissions are tested before they are taken of the cars. We will not ship any engine or transmission unless it was tested before was taken of the car. whether be it from Japan or from U.S Market.

17. What is Core Charge?

Basically, it's a deposit on a part that is rebuildable. when you return the part to us , we return the CORE charge(deposit) back to you.

18. What does JDM and USDM stand for?

JDM=Japanese Domestic Market, USDM= U.S Domestic Market. Basically, JDM parts are those parts that were dismantled in Japan off Japanese made Honda. While USDM parts are the parts where dismantled here in the states of U.S made Honda.

19. Are all the parts you have displayed on your web side?
