Terms
and Conditions:
Engines,
Transmissions, and all mechanical parts are guaranteed
for only the time specified on the sales receipt.
Engines are guaranteed against knock and excessive smog
only. Warranty does not cover hard parts breakage or
overheating. All garnets shall be void if the parts
are not returned to HondAcura Palace Inc. in the same
condition in which they were sold, or do not bear identifying
mark that appears on all HondAcura parts. We shall not
be responsible for any parts that have been altered,
modified, dissassembeled, PAINTED, or damaged by misuse
or accident. Engines and cylinder heads have heat tabs
installed on them, if center of the heat tab is melted
out or the heat tab is removed, the guarantee is void.
We always recommend new oil seals, gaskets, and belts
be used on any installation or repair.
Parts sold "As Is". Unless specified otherwise
on the invoice. 20% restocking charge on all.
All glass, electrical parts, carburators, rims/tires,
new body parts, and special orders are sold totally
" As Is" with no guarantees, no exchanges,
no credit, nor refund.
VTEC engines, performance engines/transmissions,
and swaps are guaranteed for start up (only week from
receiving time).
All engine swaps, and VTEC/JDM parts are sold to replace
equal US domestic Market parts. It's the responsibility
of the customer, or shop installing parts to check with
State or Federal regulations before installation of
parts.
Painting engines or transmission, or any part
received from us. Will automatically void the warranty.
All cores must be returned within 30 days, or
core credit will be forfeited.
There is no warranty or guarantee on labor, loss
of time, rental car, towing, shipping charges, any losses
or inconveniences from the sales.
It's customer's responsibility to bring vehicle/ part
back to HondAcura Palace Inc. location for any inspection.
All
sales are final. No refunds. Exchange only upon
approval by sales representative.
We are not responsible for any labor arising out of
installation of parts sold. No article taken apart or
disassembled will be accepted for credit or exchange.
No cash refunds except with manager's approval.
All claims MUST be accompanied with original invoice
within 3 days.
Internet customers must contact main office within 3
days from receiving parts, for claims or exchanges.
Acceptable
forms of payment:
Certified check, cashiers check, all major credit cards,
personal check (with written guarantee from your bank)
or bank/wire transfer. U.S. Funds Only. C.O.D. orders
are not offered.
Shipping:
Shipping is by ground trucking, unless it's specified
by customer. All shipping charges posted on line are
for ground only. If you need your part express , you
would need to call us for exact quote to be added to
your order. C.O.D. orders are not offered. Refused merchandise
from the carrier will cause a two-way shipping, handling
and 20% restocking charges on your account.
Any claims for shipping need to be settled (by Customer)
with carrier directly. It's the responsibility of the
customer to check the parts upon arrival to make sure
everything is fine. If any damages to the package/ parts
, customer must fill up a claim with carrier at once.
It's customer's responsibility to follow up on claims
with carrier directly.
Vehicles
Sales:
All vehicles are sold AS-IS, with the exception of those
vehicles that are covered with a factory or aftermarket
guarantee that is listed in the description.
We reserve the right to end the sale at any time for
any reason without notice and without any liability
to us.
TERMS
& CONDITIONS
Payment in full is due within 7 days of paying the
deposit, unless other arrangements have been agreed
upon. A $1,000 deposit will be required within 48 hours
after auction has ended.
When you book the car, you are entering into a binding
legal contract. If you DO NOT HAVE the funds, PLEASE
DO NOT ORDER!
In the event that we do not hear back from you 7 days,
the vehicle will be offered back for sale, and you will
lose the deposit paid. Buyer is responsible for taxes,
registration and tags if applicable.
We welcome all pre-purchase inspections.

VEHICLE SHIPPING/TRANSPORTING
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will
be glad to help the buyer arrange shipping/transporting.

DISCLAIMER:
Many modifications (swaps) described within these pages
are legal for off-road vehicles only. It is your responsibility
to find out what is legal in your state. Verify any

We get uncounted e-mails daily. Therefore, If you e-mail
a question, do not expect a prompt answer. It may take
days, or unfortunately even weeks, to respond to certain
e-mails. We read every e-mail, and try to be responsive,
